To encourage more clubs to host challenges, ARCA offer funding to help cover some of the expenses you might encounter. On request ARCA are willing to…
- Cover the costs of place ribbons for all challenges, these are the generic ARCA interclub 1st-6th ribbons used in all challenges. These ribbons can be ordered through Colberne Industries (9452 1222 www.colberne.com.au) where the ribbons are a standing order. Have the invoice addressed/forwarded to yourself and submit it to the committee for payment. All left over ribbons are to be totaled and passed on the next host club.
- Donate $500 to each club hosting a challenge to go towards trophies, sashes, prizes, officials, judges, safety etc
- Consider all requests above $500 to go towards larger expenses such as an onsite Ambulance, ground or equipment hire if the host clubs stands to make less than $1000 profit.
